If they click a link that says \u201cclick here to download\u201d and they land on an \u201cabout us\u201d page\u2014that\u2019s not congruent. They need to see exactly what was promised as soon as they click, or they feel something\u2019s wrong and most likely leave\u2014often without even thinking about it. The subconscious registers that the scent is gone and clicks away before the person even reads the headline.<\/p>\n

If you have a large number of testimonials to choose from, put the most relevant ones on each page. If the problem and solution in the testimonials match the problem the visitor has and the solution you\u2019re offering, that\u2019s congruent and a very helpful element on your page.
